Automatically create invoices when selling pigs

When you record a pig sale in PiggyPro:

  1. Open the pig or batch record
  2. Click Record Sale
  3. Enter sale details:
    • Customer name
    • Sale price
    • Payment method
    • Sale date
  4. An invoice is automatically created in Odoo Accounting
  5. Revenue is recorded in your income statement

Recording Expenses

Feed Purchases

When you add feed to inventory:

  1. Go to PiggyPro → Feeding → Feed Inventory
  2. Click Create to add new stock
  3. Enter purchase details including cost
  4. Expense is automatically recorded in accounting

Health Expenses

Veterinary and medication costs are tracked:

  • Vaccination costs
  • Medical treatments

  • Veterinarian fees

Vendor Bills

Record bills from suppliers

For other farm expenses:

  1. Go to Accounting → Vendors → Bills
  2. Click Create
  3. Select vendor and enter bill details
  4. Add line items for each expense
  5. Save and post the bill
